Two-Year Guarantee

Every Hair by Lushio piece is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against:

• Excessive shedding (more than normal daily loss of fine strands)
• Tangling caused by a manufacturing defect in the weft or lace
• Ply failure — separation of the double-stitched weft
• Lace deterioration under normal wear conditions

• Damage caused by heat styling above 220°C
• Chemical processing (bleaching, colouring, perming) performed after purchase
• Physical damage from sharp objects, pulling, or improper installation
• Normal wear and reduction in lustre over time
• Loss or theft

Email care@hairbylushio.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A description and photographs of the issue
3. A photograph of the hand-signed certificate of authenticity that shipped with your piece

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If the claim is valid, we will offer a free replacement or store credit at our discretion.

To keep your guarantee valid, follow the care instructions included with your piece. A brief summary:

• Wash with sulphate-free shampoo, cold or lukewarm water only
• Air-dry where possible; use heat on the lowest effective setting
• Store on a wig stand or silk-lined box when not being worn
• Do not sleep in a unit without a silk bonnet or pillowcase
