Delivery times
All pieces are hand-finished to order in our London studio. Please allow 7–10 business days from payment confirmation before dispatch.
Once dispatched you will receive a tracked shipping reference by email.

Shipping costs
A flat shipping fee of £25 applies to all orders. Shipping is complimentary on orders with a product subtotal over £600.
Import duties and taxes for deliveries outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
We accept exchanges within 60 days of dispatch for unworn pieces that are returned with the original certificate of authenticity intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, email care@hairbylushio.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will issue a returns label within 2 business days.
Pieces that have been worn, altered, coloured, or whose certificate has been removed are not eligible for exchange.
UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, notify us at care@hairbylushio.com before the 14-day period expires. Goods must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return postage costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your piece arrives faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at care@hairbylushio.com within 7 days of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
